Candidate Activity Board UG Counselling
INTRODUCTION
The Directorate of Medical Education is a Government body under department of Health and Family Welfare in Chhattisgarh Government. This Directorate was established in Year 2000 with the inception of Chhattisgarh State. Beginning from 1 Medical College under its belt, the Directorate now has administration of 15 Medical Colleges, 6 Dental Colleges and more than 125 Nursing Colleges along with several physiotherapy colleges.
The primary responsibility of the Directorate is making Infrastructure,Equipment,drugs and other essentials along with human resources available to run the colleges and Affiliated Hospitals. In addition to day -to day sorting of administrative problems related to these Institutions, the Directorate has the task of Counseling of Students for these institutions for admissions.
